Mold Trial Runs & Tooling Validation

We have state-of-the-art CNC machinery to perform milling, turning, wire electrical discharge machining (EDM), and sink electrical discharge machining (Sink EDM) operations with micrometric tolerances, ensuring dimensional accuracy and the required surface finish. Before mass production, we test the molds in our injection machines to verify their proper functioning, the quality of the parts produced, and the optimization of the molding parameters.
