Mold manufacturing

We have two mold manufacturing workshops, which allows us to provide a comprehensive service in the plastic injection process. For mold manufacturing, we use different types of steel, depending on the quality and durability each client chooses.

We have state-of-the-art CNC machinery to perform milling, turning, wire electrical discharge machining (EDM), and sink electrical discharge machining (Sink EDM) operations with micrometric tolerances, ensuring dimensional accuracy and the required surface finish. Before mass production, we test the molds in our injection machines to verify their proper functioning, the quality of the parts produced, and the optimization of the molding parameters.
